Thesis

In late 2007 I started my thesis work at ParaCell Solutions in Kista, Sweden. ParaCell is a project management company that is searching for its own supply chain application in order to streamline the communication among the stakeholders in its projects. This application is found to overbridge and integrate stakeholders and companies to facilitate quicker and more precise order fulfillment resulting in higher customer satisfaction. This need is the foundation of this master thesis project. The report is focusing on the requirements of such application and a current market analysis of applications that might be able to satisfy these requirements is presented. The roles and information flow that defines ParaCell´s supply chain will also be analysed.
